PURPOSE: A bus device for a base station modem chip set of a mobile system is provided to effectively implement a base station system by using a structure of a modulation chip set, a demodulation chip set and a preamble searching unit chip set which are separated by functions and a modem structure with an MCB and MFB device for communication between chip sets on the basis of a service of an overall base station. CONSTITUTION: A modulator chip set(100) consists of a modulator(120) for encoding a data to be transmitted, band-spreading it and outputting it to a transfer filter, an MCB controller(160) for MCB-controlling, and an MFB controller(140) for MFB-controlling. A demodulator chip set(200) consists of a demodulator(220) for receiving the spread band signal, compensating its phase and decoding it, an MCB controller(260) for MCB-controlling and an MFB controller(240) for MFB-controlling. A preamble searching unit chip set(300) consists of a preamble searching unit(320) for receiving a spread band signal and detecting a timing from a preamble signal and an MCB controller(340) for MCB-controlling. An MCB(600) is used to transfer data required between the chip sets(100,200,300). An MFB(500) is a dedicated bus used to control power between the demodulator(220) and the modulator(120). The MFB(500) transfers downlink power control information, an uplink power control command and control information for site selection diversity transmission.
