<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a short circuit and the like caused by remaining water even when the water remains in a separation space at a rear electrode. SOLUTION: A surface electrode 1 having translucency, an electromotive layer 3, and a rear electrode 4 are laminated sequentially in this order. A water absorbing insulting layer 5 and a water-proof insulating layer 6 are laminated from the side near to the rear electrode 4 so that the water remaining in a separation space 9 is absorbed by the water absorbing insulating layer 5.</p> |
