PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing plan with the manufacturing time shortened by reducing the dead time generated under a process planning method based on the first-come-first-served policy in handling parts. SOLUTION: The manufacturing time is reduced by reversing the processing order of parts having much time to wait and that of parts in the critical path.
