PURPOSE: A customized election publicizing method is provided to customize a moving picture needed for publicizing an election, and to offer the customized moving picture on an intermediation web site. CONSTITUTION: An election candidate requests an intermediation web site to produce a moving picture for publicizing himself or herself in the election. The intermediation web site transmits the production request to a moving picture producer, and then the moving picture producer visits the candidate, takes moving pictures of the candidate or other scenes, edits the moving picture, and transmits the edited moving picture to the intermediation web site. The intermediation web site requests the election commission to inspect the moving picture, receives the inspection result, and offers the moving picture over the internet if there is no problem in the inspection result. |
