PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a natural language analysis device capable of stably performing the comparison and collation of the meanings of the sentences by positioning the meaning of an inputted sentence on the meaning of a previous sentence or a related knowledge. SOLUTION: This natural language analysis device 100 converts an analyzed object into a mechanically readable meanings and expressions. The device comprises an inputted sentence analysis processing part 112 for disassembling the construction analysis tree of each paragraph of the analyzed object into the aggregate of the branches formed of auxiliary verbs or predicates and their related continuous use modifier components, generating the meanings and expressions formed by combining attributes with attribute values for each disassembled branch, and generating links between the attributes corresponding to each other among the attributes of the meanings and expressions of the generated branches.
