PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect a regenerative signal that is temporally short. SOLUTION: An amplitude reference value initial value storage part 10 for storing an ideal amplitude reference value, an update initial value storage part 11 for storing an update initial value, an amplitude reference value storage part 12 for storing an amplitude reference value, an update operating part 13 for updating the amplitude reference value of the amplitude reference value storage part 12, a switching part 14 for setting the update initial value to either the amplitude reference value initial value storage part 10 or an updated amplitude reference value, a gate counter 15 for counting read gate signals, a selection part 16 for selecting either the update initial value of the update initial value storage part 11 or an amplitude reference value updated by the update operating part 13 as an amplitude reference value, and a control part for controlling switching of update initial values in the switching part 14 and/or selection of an amplitude reference value in the selection part 16 are provided. According to this, an amplitude reference value initial value is selected and an amplitude reference value is updated on the basis of a read gate signal.
