PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaled-gas sampling instrument and an exhaled-gas analyzer having simple structures and equipped with a means capable of positioning an exhaled-gas container at a suitable position when sampling the exhaled gas. SOLUTION: This exhaled-gas analyzer 1 has this exhaled-gas sampling instrument 1a for sampling the exhaled gas from the exhaled-gas container 13 and transferring the gas to an analysis part 8, and the analysis part 8 for analyzing the exhaled gas sampled from the exhaled-gas container 13. The exhaled-gas sampling instrument 1a has a sampling mechanism 6 for sampling the exhaled gas in the exhaled-gas container 13, and a positioning device 7 for positioning the exhaled-gas container 13 on the position where the exhaled gas in the exhaled-gas container 13 can be sampled by the sampling mechanism 6.
