AUTOMATIC TRANSACTION DEVICE, DEVICE FOR WINDOW SUPPORT AND TRANSACTION SYSTEM

PURPOSE: To provide a solution for improving service by shortening the waiting time up to the time when a device user receives a substitutive processing in the case where an automatic transaction is disabled, in an automatic transaction device for financial transaction applying an optical character reader. CONSTITUTION: The automatic transaction device automatically processes the identification of a business form inserted to the device and a financial transaction such as transfer by using the optical character reader 2 and an image recognition device 7 built in the device. When the business form is impossible for an automatic transaction, a device user is instructed to go to a window by using a display device 5. At the time, the device issues a number ticket to the user by using a printer 3. The issuing information of the number ticket is sent to the window through a data transfer device 8. The window obtains the information of the user having received the number ticket issued from the device and information of a user having received a ticket issued from a number ticket issuing machine 11 for the window. Consequently, the waiting time of a user whose acceptance is rejected by the device can be shortened.
