SOLUTION: A contents providing system for providing contents to members to be residents of a multiple dwelling house sets up a target display section in each providing contents on the basis of member's attribute information (by a display section setting part 12) and provides contents based on the attribute information of a member logged in on the basis of the target display section (by a contents providing part 13). The property ID of the multiple dwelling house in which the member resides is included in the attribute information of the logged-in member and the reading of a message board based on the property ID of the logged-in member is permitted (by a message board reading part 135).
