PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wear with an air conditioning device of an inexpensive cold source and thermal source with a simple structure and capable of being adjusted and replenished according to working time, and having a simpler construction compared to that of a conventional wear and high workability and capable of demonstrating efficient cold and thermal effect. SOLUTION: This wear is such that a cold source 4 such as dry ice and a cold insulator or a thermal source 4 such as a body warmer and an oval briquette and a heat transfer pipe 5 into which liquid conducted from the source 4 is poured are held in a container 6, and cold water or hot water in the heat transfer pipe 5 is circulated with a pump 8 and made to pass halfway during the circulation through a flow path formed in a wear such as a jacket 1 thus cold or thermal heat is given to the wearer of the wear. |
