PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To introduce a condensation prediction system into functions of a pneumatics selection system and to shorten a period of time drastically to select a cylinder driving system by predicting occurrence of condensation automatically and easily, which has been performed experientially. SOLUTION: This system determines the relationship between the mist generation amount M and the critical mist generation amount Mc. If the relationship is M>Mc+b, the system displays a probability of condensation and also a message indicating that condensation will occur, as a comment statement. If the relationship between the mist generation amount M and the critical mist generation amount Mc is Mc-b<=M<=Mc+b, the system displays a probability of condensation and a message indicating that occurrence of condensation is uncertain, as a comment. If the relationship between the mist generation amount M and the critical mist generation amount Mc is M<Mc-b and if the mist generation amount is determined to be zero, the system displays a probability of condensation and displays a message that condensation will not occur, as a comment.
