PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a casting material which enables the excellent strength of a constructed body and the stability of construction. SOLUTION: This monolithic refractory for casting construction is obtained by adding one or more kinds selected from calcium compounds such as lime, slaked lime, calcium carbonate, and calcium lactate or magnesium compounds such as activated magnesia, magnesium carbonate, and magnesium hydroxide in an external ratio of 0.001 to 5 mass%, and a carboxyl group-containing polyether based dispersant in an external ratio of 0.03 to 0.5 mass% to 100 mass% refractory material containing alumina. |
