PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition containing conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) isomers having a biologically advantageous ratio, and a method for using the composition containing the CLA isomers having the biologically advantageous ratio and a biologically active isomers having a content concentrated so as to optimize the desired biological effects. SOLUTION: This composition is provided by using the CLA preparation containing concentrated t10, c12 and c9, t11 isomers and the method for using the same is provided. It is found out that the CLA preparation having a ratio of t10, c12 isomer to c9, t11 isomer larger than approximately (1.2:1) is desirable for various nutritious, treating and medicinal uses. |
