<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handwritten character input device capable of more simply executing edition by the minimum editing operation. SOLUTION: Since a handwritten character input frame is formed on the screen of a transparent tablet 6 of a picture display part 1 and a deletion indication area or an insertion indication area is formed on a position corresponding to a position slightly under the handwritten character input frame, one character can be deleted/inserted only by indicating a point in the indication areas in the case of editing one character, and a plurality of characters can be deleted/ inserted only by drawing a line in the range of the edition indication area of the characters to be deleted/inserted.</p> |
