PURPOSE: A hoist winch for a truck is provided to independently load and unload the luggage from the right or the left of the truck by moving a hoist post supporting unit up and down or to the right and the left, and to move the luggage in the loading compartment by fitting a hook to the luggage. CONSTITUTION: A hoist post(9) is lifted up for loading or unloading the luggage, and fastened by a hoist post fixing unit(10). A steel wire rope is unwound from a steel wire rope drum(15) by driving an operating switch(25), and fitted to guide rollers(20). The luggage is lifted up by fitting a hook(18) to the luggage, and loaded or unloaded by turning a hoist arm(12). The luggage is loaded from the right or the left of a truck by moving a hoist post supporting unit(6) to the right or the left. The luggage is moved in the loading compartment by inserting guide sheaves(22,23) to guide sheave fixing holes(21) and fitting the hook to the luggage.
