PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve yield of system LSI in a semiconductor device constituting a system LSI having a semiconductor memory circuit section and a logic circuit section. SOLUTION: An internal clock 109 for self-refresh and a refresh-enable signal 110 are transferred to a memory control circuit 107 of a logic circuit section 1 from a refresh-circuit section 108 of a DRAM core section 2. In the memory control circuit 107, a refresh-period is decided based on these internal clock 109 and the enable-signal 110. The logic circuit section 1 adjusts automatically a occurrence period of a refresh-command in accordance with the decided refresh-period.
