PURPOSE: Provided is a volatile organic compounds (VOCs) vapor recovery system based on compression, storage, cooling and condensing. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises an air compressor(1) for inhaling and compressing VOCs vapor; a compression-storage-cooling condenser(2) with a pressure switch(23) for continuously cooling and condensing the VOCs vapor stored in a storage tank, a plurality of cooling pin tubes(21) coupled to a refrigerant pipe, a condensate outlet at the bottom, and a condensate automatic discharging trap(22) coupled to the condensate outlet; a mist eliminator(3) for collecting mist condensed in the compression-storage-cooling condenser(2); a refrigerant cooling assembly with a refrigerant cooler(6) for cooling refrigerants which are heated by a heat exchange pin tube installed in the compression-storage-cooling condenser(2) by inhaling the refrigerants from an exit of a tube, a refrigerant compressor(5) for condensing the cooled refrigerant, and a refrigerant outlet pipe(110); an oil water separator(4) for collecting condensate; and a plurality of pipes for connecting all the elements to each other.
