PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information equipment provided with a ground structure capable of absorbing even a dispersion of a clearance with a printed board, and attaining electrical conduction just by inserting a ground plate to a boss of a case body easily in extremely simple constitution. SOLUTION: The ground plate 5 is held by the boss 2 by a spring property of a curve part 5b, and electrically conducted with a bottom case 2. A cut-over 5e further ensures the holding and conduction. The printed board 3 is held between a top case 1 and the bottom case 2 and tightened with a screw 4, and rubber packing 6 is clamped between joining parts of the top case 1 and the bottom case 2 simultaneously. Then, the top case 1 is in contact with a ground part on an upper surface of the printed board 3 on a mounting surface 1a, a contact piece 5c of the ground plate 5 mounted on the boss 2b is in contact with the ground part on a lower surface of the printed board 3 for the bottom case 2, and they are electrically conducted respectively.
