PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel supply device equipped with a pump for transfer capable of decreasing the rate-of-flow size of a fuel pump by structuring so that the fuel amount distributed to the transfer pump can be decreased in association with increase of the requested fuel amount of an internal combustion engine. SOLUTION: The fuel tank 11 has a first fuel pump 11a where the fuel pump 12 is installed and a second fuel sump 11b formed in partitioning from the first sump 11a. The transfer pump 17 to supply the fuel in the second sump 11b to the first sump 11a is driven by the moving energy of the distributed fuel as part of the fuel to be supplied from the fuel pump 12 to the internal combustion engine. A distributed fuel control means 20 is installed on the supply passage for the distributed fuel so as to decrease the rate of flow of the distributed fuel in association with increase of the requested rate of fuel flow of the internal combustion engine, and thereby the compensation rate of flow of the whole fuel pump 12 is lessened so that the rate-of-flow size is decreased.
