PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roofing or outer wall waterproof sheet excellent in operability in field construction to allow an efficient construction and to improve the waterproofing performance. SOLUTION: This waterproof sheet 1 is a rolled product or sheet-like product having a three-layer structure consisting of a waterproof layer 2, a waterproof adhesive layer 3, and a release paper 4. The release paper 4 has a cut line C along the longitudinal direction so as to be partially separable and cuttable in construction. Accordingly, in construction, the adhesive application can be efficiently carried out stepwise without using a nail or staple by successively peeling the temporarily fixing small release paper 4a and the main adhesion large release paper 4b. The water proof layer 2 comprises an overlapping margin mark A on the surface, which is used in a positioning work in construction to enhance the working efficiency. The waterproof adhesive layer 3 prevents the water leak from the circumference of a pierced nail in addition to the adhesive action to a roof bed, an outer wall bed or the like.
