PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for treating white water capable of improving strength of the device integrated with a filter even when meshes become small. SOLUTION: This device 1 for treating white water feeds white water to a filter unit 2 and separate fibers in white water. The filter unit 2 locates outside and consists of a first water permeable and cylindrical support 21, a water permeable filter 22 woven with chemical fiber and a second water permeable and cylindrical support 23 locating inside of the filter 22 and pushing the filter 22 to the first support 21.
