PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-way communication system where an external two- way CATV system and a plurality of terminals installed in a room of a building can suitably make two-way communication with each other. SOLUTION: The two-way communication system 1 mainly comprises a protector 11, a cable modem 13, a router 15, an access point 17, first and second relay antennas 19a, 19b each comprising a plurality of patch antennas, and a coaxial cable 19c interconnecting the first and second relay antennas. The second relay antenna 19b comprises many more patch antennas than those of the first relay antenna 19a and has a higher gain than that of the second relay antenna 19a. As a result, even when the small-sized first relay antenna is installed on an outer wall of the building, the gain of the first and second relay antennas can sufficiently compensate a propagation loss of a radio signal sent from the access point.
