PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid trouble in transmitting/receiving of data between terminals utilizing a communication network. SOLUTION: In a server 2 for monitoring transmitting/receiving of data among a plurality of transmitting/receiving terminals 1 through a communication network 10, the transmitting/receiving monitoring server 2 has a means for specifying the data to be transmitted/received or acquiring meta-data for confirming the start of transmitting/receiving from the transmitting side transmitting/receiving terminal 1, a means for confirming the end of transmitting/receiving of the data, and a means for deciding whether the transaction of transmitting/receiving is established or not.
