PURPOSE: A mold insert for mass production of micro mixer for chaotic mixing is provided to reduce production cost of the micro mixer for chaotic mixing by manufacturing the mold insert through electroplating or direct fabrication, and a manufacturing method the mold insert is provided. CONSTITUTION: In a mold insert for respectively molding a micro channel structure comprising a micro mixer for chaotic mixing a fluid flown in, and a twist blade element(110) comprising a certain tap element for connection with the micro channel structure and a spiral element twisted to a certain angle in a spiral shape to chaotically mix the flown in fluid, the mold insert for mass production of micro mixer for chaotic mixing is characterized in that the mold insert comprises a mold inert(120') for the micro channel structure for molding the micro channel structure in large quantities through a certain electroplating process using an already manufactured micro channel structure; and a mold insert(120") for the twist blade element for molding the twist blade element in large quantities on a sacrifice structure formed by transplanting one side at a time out of both sides of an already manufactured twist blade element through a certain electroplating process.
