PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the visibility in the turning-on inspection of a reflection- type liquid crystal panel by using an inspection apparatus constituted in such a way that an inspection camera is not reflected in the turning-on inspection of the liquid crystal panel. SOLUTION: A light source 21 such as a fluorescent lamp or the like situated on the upper side on the surface of the liquid crystal panel 20 is covered with a film having a fine louver structure, a condensing lens is covered with a cover 35, the direction of diffuse light from the light source is controlled, the reflection of the inspection camera 33 due to the light reflected on the surface of the panel 20 is prevented by using a semitransparent mirror 30, the visibility in the turning-on inspection of the panel 20 is enhanced, and the inspection accuracy of the panel 20 is enhanced so as to be made efficient. |
