PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure for a steel pipe pile and an upper structure not interfering with a reinforcement such as a footing beam of the erection, excluding labor of welding work and not needing deep excavation. SOLUTION: The joining structure for the steel pipe pile and the upper structure is characterized in that a part of a bending moment acting on a pile head is transmitted to the erection by leverage to the erection of an embedded portion of the pile head of the steel pipe pile, and the remaining bending moment is transmitted to the upper structure by a joining reinforcement.
