PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem wherein the used hours on a battery is short since an AD/DA conversion part is active at all times regardless of connection state and of operation state, sound cable, etc., for a large power loss. SOLUTION: Stop of a first conversion circuit 11 which converts analogue signal into digital signal at replay, and control of a second conversion circuit 14 which converts digital signal into analogue signal at recording and replay, are controlled using a control circuit 17 based on the detection signal from a detection circuit 16 which detects connection/disconnection to a sound cable, etc.
