摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing an optically active oxazolidinone derivative that is productively important in the field of medicins and the like inexpensively and stably with high stereochemical purity from industrial point of view, in addition, to provide a novel optically activeα-aminoepoxide derivative that is important for producing the optically active oxazolidinone derivative as an intermediate and a method of producing the same. SOLUTION: The reaction of an optically active aminoketone derivative represented by general formula (1) with a trimethylsulfonium salt represented by general formula (2) gives a novel optically activeα-aminoepoxide derivative that has the chemical structure represented by general formula (3). Then, the epoxide derivative of general formula (3) is allowed to react with an azole derivative represented by general formula (4) whereby the optically active oxazolidinone derivative represented by general formula (5) is obtained stereoselectively. This process has achieved the stereospecific production of the optically active oxazolidinone represented by general formula (5) inexpensively and stably from the industrial point of view.
