PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security system having instantaneity that can immediately report user's own emergency situation to a third party and simultaneously search the location information. SOLUTION: When a user performs a prescribed operation to a transmitter 1 owned by himself/herself when needed, the transmitter 1 transmits emergency signals including identification data intrinsic to each transmitter 1 to a center 2. The center 2 which receives the emergency signals searches the location of the transmitter 1 on the basis of the identification data included in the emergency signals and also transmits the fact that the emergency signals are transmitted from the transmitter 1 of the user to a guardian/a person concerned 3 of the user.
