PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof construction of building attachment capable of ensuring high waterproofing property with respect to the end part of a drain member arranged on the outer profile member side of a building attachment. SOLUTION: A recessed part 3B is formed on the balcony inner-side surface of an end beam 3 that is an outer profile member for forming the outer profile of a balcony as building attachment, and a raised part 21C that is the end beam 3-side end part of the throating member 21 arranged between the end beam 3 and a waterproof pan for forming the floor member of the balcony is inserted to the recessed part 3B. The raised part 21C is connected to the end beam 3 by a fixture 27 under a protruding piece part 3C on the upper part of the recessed part 3B, and the drain member 21 is placed on a receiving part 3D that is the lower surface of the recessed part 3B. A sealant 28 is filled in the recessed part 3B.
