Surfactant composition with both a fat-replacing and a hazeing effect comprises an alkyl- or alkenyl-oligoglycoside, a fatty acid partial glyceride comprising oleic acid-, isostearic acid-, behenic acid- or isobehenic acid-mono- or di-glyceride, an alkyleneglycol fatty acid ester, and optionally a polymeric thickener, a polyol and/or a cationic polymer. Surfactant composition with both a fat-replacing and a hazeing effect comprises (wt.%): (1) an alkyl- or alkenyl-oligoglycoside (A; 0.1-20), (2) a fatty acid partial glyceride (B; 0.01-3) comprising oleic acid-, isostearic acid-, behenic acid- or isobehenic acid-mono- or di-glyceride, (3) an alkyleneglycol fatty acid ester (C; 0.05-10), and optionally (4) a polymeric thickener (D; 0-3), (5) a polyol (E; 0-5); and/or (6) a cationic polymer (F; 0-1).
