<p>A Hall device is provided with a pair of power source terminals on each of a counter pair of projections of a cross-shaped magnetosensitive section constituted of a rectangle and counter projections provided on each side. Each of the other pair of projections of the magnetosensitive section is provided with a pair of output terminals. The whole constituted by equally dividing all the power source terminal and the output terminals and a part of each projection of the magnetosensitive section by means of slits continuously extending in the counter directions has quarternary symmetry with respect to its center. This constitution provides a Hall device of a high sensitivity in magnetic field sensitivity.</p> |
