The method is for tuning the last channel in a tuner(6) by applying the last channel data to the tuner. The method is to perform a tuning operation by applying the last channel control data to the tuner(6) after applying PLL operation voltage by ascertaining whether PLL operation voltage is applied or not in case that the last channel is stored, after ascertaining whether the last channel is stored or not when the power is applied again to a set made off.
