PURPOSE:To convey stored goods in a stable condition by means of a forklift by placing engaging pins for a shelf, being faced sideway at the both right and left side edge parts of a traverser to make the width in the middle part in the longitudinal direction of said traverser smaller. CONSTITUTION:A traverser 3, which puts a shelf 4 in and out of a three-dimensional storeroom 1 in a longitudinal direction, is longitudinally slidably supported by a lifter 2, which is elevatably provided at the front end part of said three- dimensional storeroom 1. Engaging pins 34 to be engaged with notches 43 provided on the right and left of the front end part of the shelf 4, and solenoids acting as the drivign source, are placed on the both right and left side edge parts of the traverser 3 in the right and left directions. By placing these engaging pins 34 in this arrangement, the width in the middle part of the traverser 3 in the longitudinal direction can be made smaller. Accordingly, when raising the goods stored on the drawn-out shelf 4 with a forklift, the masts of the forklift can be brought close to the rear end part of the stored goods, enabling the stored goods to be stably raised and conveyed. |
