In simultaneous production of sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid (HCl) by exothermic reaction of starting materials (sulfur, water, sodium chloride, air) to intermediates (sulfur dioxide and trioxide) and primary end product (I), and endothermic reaction to produce secondary end products (II) (HCl and sodium sulfate), the endothermic reaction is carried out with the heat from the exothermic reaction and of (I), and part of (I) is used in (II) recovery.
