The wall-mounted name plate (10) has a carrier plate (11) with the static information to be displayed, together with an additional information plate (12) which can be exchanged. The fixed information carrier plate has a front display side of a non-ferromagnetic plate layer and the rear side as a ferromagnetic plate. Recessed openings (13,14) take the permanent magnets attached to the rear side of each exchangeable information plate.
