<p>PURPOSE: Provided is a mortar, paste applied to walls and floors, which is excellent in water-proofness, compression strength and durability by using waste plastics. CONSTITUTION: The dry mortar comprises 20-40pts.wt. of Portland cement; 5-15pts.wt. of water adhesive based on polyacrylate, 20-50pts.wt. of fine sand, and 10-40pts.wt. of waste plastic powder, ground into a 20-50mesh size, obtained from PVC, polyethylene terephthalate, polypropylene and acrylic resin. The dry mortar is mixed with 10-50pts.wt.(based on the weight of mortar) of water in use, wherein 0.1-5pts.wt. of anti-foaming agent, silicon oil compound, is optionally added.</p> |
