PURPOSE: A hot pepper crusher is provided to produce fine and even hot pepper powder only by a single operation. CONSTITUTION: Hot peppers are crushed by the rotation of a crushing roller(30) on an upper part and auxiliary crushing rollers(40) facing the outer circumferential face of the crushing roller on the left and right of the lower end. The crushed hot pepper powder is moved in an axial direction of the rollers by an organic coupling between each of unique slots or projections formed on the outer circumferential face of the rollers and each of spiral slots or projections formed on the inner circumferential face of an external mold of the rollers.
