PURPOSE: A sleeve of a keyless synchronizer is provided to improve an end shape of a gear tooth being long respectively compared with a sleeve tooth to perform synchronization by pressing a synchronizer spring, and to prevent synchronization from a momentary breakdown by constraining continuously the synchronizer spring even if the synchronization starts. CONSTITUTION: A sleeve of a keyless synchronizer is composed of a splined clutch hub on a principal axis(51) thereof, a sleeve(54) tooth-engaged to move toward an axial direction on an outer peripheral surface gear unit of the clutch hub, a synchronizer ring synchronizing and rubbed with a cone(57) of a clutch gear(60), a plurality of gear teeth starting synchronization by pushing down a synchronizer ring as the sleeve moves, and a second gear tooth preventing a synchronous collapse by pressing the synchronizer ring after the synchronization is completed.
