OPPOSED RECIPROCATING COMPRESSOR

PURPOSE: An opposed reciprocating compressor is provided to easily process and mount a cylinder and a discharge valve. CONSTITUTION: A compressor comprises a casing(110) having a suction tube(SP) and a discharge tube(DP) installed on both sides thereof; a first reciprocating motor(121) and a second reciprocating motor(122) installed on both insides of the casing, respectively, to generate reciprocating movement in opposite direction; a cylinder(130) installed between the first reciprocating motor and the second reciprocating motor to have a compression space; a first piston(141) and a second piston(142) joined to movers(121B,122B) of the first reciprocating motor and the second reciprocating motor, inserted into the cylinder so that front end surfaces thereof face each other, and having a suction channel(141a) and a discharge channel(142a) connected with the suction tube and the discharge tube of the casing, respectively; a suction valve assembly(150) installed on a front end surface of the first piston to restrict introduction of fluid through the suction channel; and a discharge valve assembly(160) installed on a front end surface of the second piston to restrict discharge of fluid through the discharge channel.
