PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a health drink suitable for improving functions of an organ from the kidneys to the circulatory organs, having a high absorbability, having excellent antioxidant action and storage stability, and pleasantly drinkable. SOLUTION: The health drink is obtained by diluting a stock solution substantially comprising a rhizome juice of a Curcuma plant of Zingiberaceae, which contains 1,8-cineol, i.e., a monoterpene, and camphor at least 300 times. It has an oxidation reduction potential of <=-120 mV determined by an ORP meter. The present invention includes a mode in which the Curcuma plant of Zingiberaceae is C. zedoaria Rosc., whose raw rhizome exhibits luminescent clear yellow on its cut surface, and whose main rhizome has a shape of a fist; a mode in which the health drink further contains an extract of a plant of at least one kind selected from Aspalathus linears and Ginkgo biloba; and others. |
