PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a loading deck elevating device which is capable of stable link operation preventing cross deformation of a link. SOLUTION: A base link mechanism with 4 apexes of A, B, C and D is provided by forming an on-base arm and an under-based arm which are rotatable around an upper and lower pair of supporting points A and B, respectively, provided on the car body side and a base connecting member connected between working points C and D on each of the rotating ends of these arms. Also, a tip end link mechanism with 4 apexes of C, D, E and F is provided by forming an on-tip-end arm and an under-tip-end arm which are rotatable around the working points C and D, respectively, and can be folded onto the base link mechanism, and a tip end connecting member connected between the working points E and F on each of the rotating ends. And it is so constituted that the straight line CD during operation of the tip end link mechanism is inclined toward the storage side of the deck from the vertical line.
