PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording and regenerating device and a golf play library system capable of easily storing images, sounds, scores and the course condition when playing as a library. SOLUTION: Service information of a golf course is stored in a server computer of a golf course LAN. This service information is downloaded to a digital camera through a download terminal. A player can display the service information on the digital camera 200. When appointing the service information, while picking up an image, a link is set between the picked up image information and the appointed service information. The predetermined service information and the image information related to each other can be displayed on the digital camera 20 on the basis of the link information. This link can be corrected on the digital camera by appointing other service information in the edition mode.
