PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tubeless tire allowing continuation of smooth running even when the tire is stuck and damaged by a nail or the like, an assembly of the tubeless tire and a wheel, and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The inside 14 of the tire that becomes an air chamber in mounting the tire 1 to the wheel 2 is filled with styrene foam 12, namely closed cell foam of plastics in a volume of substantially 100%. Air in the tire 1 is contained in each closed cell in the styrene foam 12, so that even when the tire 1 is stuck and damaged, air in the damaged part of the styrene foam 12 only goes out and least air goes out. Therefore, the tire 1 does not deform and allows smooth and continuous running. |
