PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a reaction rate of unnecessary vegetables with enzymes, and a conversion rate of the vegetables to soil in a vegetable crusher. SOLUTION: Heavy lumps A and B having large mass are transported upwards by the rotation of a screw 8, while agitating the crushed vegetables C housed in a storage container 2 in the state where the temperature of the crushed vegetables C are maintained within a predetermined temperature range by a heater to heat the crushed vegetables C housed in the storage container 2. The crushed vegetables C is made into slurry by repeatedly making the crushed heavy lumps A and B fall on the vegetables C therefrom.
