<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a multi-layer resin sheet with such features that each layer of a sheet significantly differs in thickness and the sheet can be obtained by efficiently and at a low manufacturing cost and further, is qualitatively satisfactory. SOLUTION: This multi-layer resin sheet is structured of at least three layers and the thickness ratio between an outer layer(A), an intermediate layer (B) and a base material layer (C) is A/C<=0.1 and B/C<0.1. In addition, the difference in the melting point of a resin component between the outer layer (A) and the base material layer (C) is 10 deg. or higher. In the method for manufacturing this laminated resin sheet, the outer layer/intermediate layer laminated sheet obtained by laminating the outer layer and the intermediate layer by a coextrusion process, is previously manufactured. Next, the base material layer sheet is molded by an extrusion process and the outer layer/intermediate layer laminated sheet manufactured beforehand are laminated on the base material layer sheet by a lamination process while the base material layer sheet is hot.</p> |
