HEAT EXCHANGER AND WASTE HEAT RECOVERY SYSTEM OF TEXTILE DYING FACTORY ADOPTING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A heat exchanger and waste heat recovery system of textile dying factory adopting the same are provided to prevent blockage of a pipe due to sludge. CONSTITUTION: An upper cylinder(31) is placed on an upper end of a casing(11). An upper end of the upper cylinder is covered by a cover panel(35). A waste heat water supply pipe(37) and a wash water supply pipe(39) are placed to the upper cylinder so that high temperature waste heat water supplied through the waste heat water supply pipe to the upper cylinder is supplied to a plurality of heat exchange pipes(21) and wash water and air supplied through the wash water supply pipe is supplied to the heat exchange pipes so as to wash the heat exchange pipe. A lower cylinder(41) is placed on a lower end of the casing. A waste heat water discharge pipe(43) is placed on a side of the lower cylinder. A conic collecting pipe(51) is placed on a lower end of the lower cylinder. An air supply pipe(53) is placed on a lower end of the collecting pipe connected with a wash water discharge pipe(55).
