PURPOSE: A jig for manufacturing a rear cover is provided to prevent the rear cover from shaking and to improve quality by stably fixing the rear cover when manufacturing the rear cover. CONSTITUTION: In a rear cover(21) having a plurality of bolt coupling holes(23) to couple bolts with the rear end of a housing of an automatic transmission, a plurality of clamp boss members(20) are formed at one side surface of a plate member(10), and are inserted into the bolt coupling holes. A control member(30) is formed at the other side surface of the plate member, and fixes the plate member.
