<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve measurement precision and to perform measurement on one and the same load condition even when a kind of a clutch is changed. SOLUTION: An end plate measuring device to detect a movement amount of a plate 4 incorporated in a clutch 1 comprises a work holding mechanism 22 to hold a clutch 1 such that the axis thereof is rendered vertical; a weight 85 arranged placeable at the upper part of the plate 4: a fluid feed source 64 to feed compressed air to the inner side of a piston 6 incorporated in the clutch 1; and gauges 84 arranged in three spots in the peripheral direction of the clutch 1. Each gauge 84 is provided with a contact 96 making contact with the upper surface of the plate 4 of the topmost part of the clutch. A movement amount of the plate 4 when the piston 6 and the plate 4 are pushed up to a rise end by compressed air is detected.</p> |
