SOLUTION: This system detects a vehicle traveling on a road, transmits to the detected vehicle a response request to an ID card, judges that there is no person having an ID card in the vehicle in the case no response is received from an ID card for the response request, and according to this, notifies the vehicle that nobody has an ID card in the vehicle if the system decides that nobody has an ID card. |
